This image is related to the Ye Chang Meng Duo world. While the fate of Azula and her lackeys is never mentioned or specified in the fic, it is something that I have thought about in detail (crazy person that I am.) To be honest, my head has created a whole rest of the world in which the rest of the characters exist and their lives continued. But that is not something that will be addressed in Ye Chang Meng Duo, since that vision is meant to focus on Toph and Katara only and concentrates on the love story, excluding the rest of the outside world.

This, however, needed to be illustrated before my mind exploded. I thought I could fight it, but when ~ShinjiShazaki wrote Shitteiru I just had to draw Azula (instead of just sketching her), and what better way to do it, than to illustrate that part of the story that will probably only ever remain in my mind.

Without going into too much detail, after the defeat of Ozai and that final fight, the three girls hid in the Earth Kingdom. They have spent the past six years biding their time and gathering forces. And, just since it's too cool to keep underwraps, Zuko was the one that gave Azula that scar. OMG! Their clothes were based off their current styles (in the show) and Jeong Jeong's refugee look. ^^

Only colors used: grays, white, black, red, yellow and brown. ^^
