Third image for the first chapter of "Ye Chang Meng Duo" based on the following excerpt:

The center of the circle, however, was where Toph turned her focus. She strode forward, following the sound of the flute that continued to play. A crowd of men, women, and children had gathered, clapping their hands and tapping their feet on the ground in time with the music’s beat. The flutist sat on the ground, playing for the woman that danced to the music. The woman was of average height, her build the lithe, slim shape that Toph expected of a dancer. From the faint fluttering of cloth and flashes of vibration when the woman’s feet struck the ground sharply, Toph could see her loose pants, though the form-fitting shirt was far more difficult to discern. The occasional whistle from the men in the crowd made Toph all the more anxious for the woman to stand solidly on the ground for more than a moment.

I was very nervous about this one, because these two are *ShinjiShazaki's own OCs and I wanted to make sure I got them right! I was a bit more critical on colors with =ivybeth too, just to make sure everything was right. OMG! I LOVE THAT BG!!!! SO much!

And we decided that drawing a crowd would be too too much, so, erm, no crowd. ^^;

I love their figures and gestures, especially the flutist. They look so into what they're doing. I like their clothes too, with the colorful patches. :)

i love the coloring - their clothing and hair looks so soft n_n the poses are great too~ the characters look very concentrated :3 lovely work :love: :heart:

Toph was intruiged at that point, I liked how a simple and common practise of humanity became a focusing point of the stories character, quite interesting indeed.
I've given up trying to stop seeing what I do in pictures, it's just what I do :)

Anyway, they do like how their clothes portray their lifestyle, like an Aladdin kind of thing where his attire like many peoples gives the over all general sense of how he lives, as you have done here
